Sleep tracking score very odd...

i just bough Race 2 and i did just two sleep measures but scores seems odd
the first one i did was right after my surgery, i barely slept yet score was high (hrv/spo2 was enabled i suppose)
this one is the second one, i slept well but i have notived HRV/SPo2 was not recorded
can anyone tell how Suunto score works?
