Hat irgendjemand hier unter dem CTL Widget den Laktatgrenzwert bitte? Seit Monaten steht zeichnen sie 3 Läufe auf… Unendlich viel gelaufen. Kein Wert. Und die Lauf Distanz Vorhersagen sind völlig irrsinnig. 5km in 21 Minuten. Junge, junge. Bestzeit ist bei mir 28:00

Die 5 km Schätzung von 23:21 schaffe ich gerade so nicht.

Yes, the lactate threshold is displayed. I am running twice a week 5km with the basic or a custom running profile.

@GiPFELKiND Bei mir ist der Wert bei Laktatgrenzwert da. Auch die Laufprognosen sind vorhanden. Diese liegen zwar auf der knackigen Seite mit 20:38/km bei einem 5K aber das ist für mich im laufbar Bereich. Für alles was längere Disanzen sind werden die Werte aber eher sehr optimitisch und würden All-In erfordern um das zu schaffen.

No lactat threshold for me… V2 since 5 weeks, more than 3 outdoor runs (trail running, individual sports mode)… the widget tells metro do more than 3 running activities… perhaps it’s not possible with trail running?

Are you on the latest FW version?
Wich sport mode are you using?
How much time do you run in HR zones 4 and 5?

@Egika hey yes i have Vo2max value shown ️ i do Trailrunning with custom Sports mode everytime. Could this be the reason why no Lactat treshhold is shown? Yes and latest Firmware

@Egika is this important for gaining the threshold? Actually it is winter and I try to do more time in zone 3 but I had some runs with zone 4 and 5… but the more time in zone 2 or 3

Dont know HOW MUCH time i spent there. Iam in Zone 4 and 5 .
