where to find the VO2MAX information?
-
Hello
where to find the VO2MAX information on my Verctical?have a nice day
vinc -
@vinc14 It’s easy, you have two options:
-
On the watch: open the Progress Widget (CTL), scroll down to see it.
-
In the app: clic on Training Zone, go to the Progress tab and scroll down again.

Unless it disappeared after 2.50.26 update. That is the case on my Race S.
Instead of the latest VO₂ max, it shows Record at least one outdoor run…, although the widget still lists running estimates further down. -
Which sport count to get a VO2MAX information?
Nordic Walking, hiking and Trail running seems not to get something. -
@vinc14 I get one for trail running. I would suspect the others do not qualify… but someone else can confirm.
-
@larrybbaker trail running, running and walking for some
-
Running, Trail Running, walking, hiking, NordicWalking
non of theme seems to work to get a VO2MAX, why?
The Watch say it need 1 Outdoor Lauf. So what kind of activity?

-
@vinc14 for most of us it took multiple attempts to get the first vo2max reading. Unfortunately 1 is not enough in most cases. For some it took 10, some 5, some 20…

@OutdoorMan
And Nordic Walking counts for the Math? -
@vinc14 „outdoorlauf“ . Ganz einfach. Laufe draußen.
-
@Sportsfreund
nun ja - das akzeptiert es auch nicht. -
@vinc14 not sure, as per my information only running, trail running, walking and maybe hiking. But for me only running and trail running works.
