The Wert (SpO₂) Blutsauerstoff Value is different the second is checking over the sleeping time. why is this difference?

I didn’t say you started measure manually.
Just guessing : the widget may indicate the last unique measure (even automatic done during night) and the night summary is still the best guess of all night measures.
