Sleep Tracking sucks…
-
The clock is starting to get on my nerves. I’m sitting and working at my Mac. According to the app, that was a “nap”.
-
@Cyclepunk That’s because working on a Mac is more relaxing. Buy a Windows PC and the frustration will ensure that the SUUNTO recognises that you are under constant stress.

-
@Cyclepunk sleep tracking relies on detection of low HR and lack of movement. Therefore your resting HR setting affects the accuracy of nap detection.

Same on original Race.

That really sucks

How is that even possible :
The watch detected a nap from 9:29 p.m. to 10:15 p.m. (which is almost correct, given that I was watching TV). I then moved around for a good 20 minutes before going to bed.
In the end, the algorithm considers the nap as sleep time.
But what’s even more unfortunate is that the watch doesn’t show the same data as the app.
Why not give users the option to edit sleep time?
