      Hi,

      A few months ago I set up my Suunto Run and was able to transfer mp3 files to the Run, although I noticed it was very inconsistent with showing up on my Desktop. Now I want to update my playlist but while connecting the Run it won’t show up on my Mac anymore. I also tried connecting it to my iPhone to show in Files. It only shows up briefly but then dissapears from the list (see attached). Does anyone experience the same problems?IMG_9400.PNG

        @aerodynamik hi,

        I had a similar issue connecting my Suunto Run to a mac, it resolved once I connected a usb stick to the mac. Here are the steps that helped me:

        1. connect my watch to my mac (mac won’t see it)
        2. conect a USB drive to my mac (they appear both in Finder)

        They say it is a problem with USB ports on macs, they do not refersh their state for some reason

          @dimachad Thanks for your reply! Unfortunately that does not work in my case. I’ve reached out to Suunto over IG…
