synchro-not-synchro in Vertical calendar
-
In the app’s calendar, I don’t see any synchronized activities. It looks like I haven’t done anything in previous years. However, in my profile, I seem to have kilometers and activities from the last few years. How do I synchronize this?
I am only referring to historical activities. Everything new updates without any problem.

@Brad_Olwin I tried this, but it doesn’t work. In the calendar, I only have activities synced from the new watch, and not from the cloud

@Krzysztof-Borkowski
Did you double checked that you are connecting to the correct account?
Out of curiosity, your past activities are also from Suunto watches?
Last tip : are you able to see those past activities in Sportstracker website (same credentials as your suunto account and it is expected to display all your history as well) -
i believe i have only one account, and use(d) only Suunto watches. this is my 3rd one.
holy… nope. when i logged to sportstracker i can see only stuff from 2019 and earlier and current data (i mean data registered by the current watch)
any chance to restore lost stuff?

We have a breakthrough in the case, and, as usual, I’m the only one to blame. The long and short of it is: I found an old phone, and it turns out that somehow the data was not synced to the cloud. Everything I need is on that phone. Now I’m panicking a little bit about how to proceed without messing anything up. Currently, I have my new phone paired with my watch

@Krzysztof-Borkowski
Do not disconnect that old phone Suuntoapp from your account. And try to refresh the home page (swipe down the whole screen).
Which app version is it?
I am not super sure what to do (or not to do)
I would personally first : update the app to latest version, and see if sync to cloud is appearing.
If not, if would probably pair a Suunto watch to it, sync the watch a’d see.
@Brad_Olwin ? @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos?

@Mff73 was tryin that all, but failed.
I once said yes - I have one account. I never consciously assumed another. However, I must admit that I found an old phone where I have “lost” data and I see a different username there. How? I don’t know.
So now, yes, I have one phone that shows me data from several years, and which does not want to sync from the cloud on a new phone. I don’t see them on the app. The new phone only drops “new” data plus some prehistoric data from 2019. I don’t see the point in it, but I’d love to somehow import the data I see on my old phone. When I paired my watch with the old app, it took data from the watch without any problem. But when I go back to my new phone with my watch, all I see is this new thing.
Applications are updated. But there are actually two usernames, and worse, in the old app, I have a different email address that no longer exists.
Maybe the change in username happened when the email was changed?
