      I don’t really care for super accurate sleep stages, but I do care about having a good “amount slept” metric. Awake time is important here because it reduces the total amount slept and I’m a very light sleeper.

      Fitbit gave me an average of 1h awake time.
      Coros watch gave me an average of 30min.
      Suunto Race S gives me between 0-10 minutes, usually 0.

      I know Suunto is wrong because I am sometimes getting up and walking around. I am pressing buttons on the watch!

      I have my sleep schedule set, wrist HR on, I have my rest HR set to what Coros/Fitbit recorded. The sleep start and end are correct, but the awake time is always wrong. Is there a trick to fixing this?

        @roro1337

        it seems to me that after 2025 Q3 - HOTFIX awake time is now underestimated (https://forum.suunto.com/post/177072)

          @Stefano-M64 bummer, doesn’t seem like it’s widespread enough to get attention or maybe people don’t realize it.
