have you ever noticed such strange sleep stages?
The sum of the different states is not equal to the duration of sleep.

@aclaude Vertical 1 does not support sleep stages like the newer watches.

Sleep trendsWhen you wake up, you are greeted with a summary of your sleep. The summary includes, for example, the total duration of your sleep, as well as the estimated time you were awake (moving around) and the time you were in deep sleep (no movement).

Correct, and in fact you see “Profond” duration, no “Veille” detectedREM and Lèger are not detected by V1, and in the new app, they will probably be gone.

@aclaude At the bottom of the stages you will see the message that this watch does not support sleep stages.
