Does Suunto APP in ISO support Multiple devices? like connecting 2 watches, and can syc all data in between.

@jakexuan basically you can connect multiple watches, but just one can be used and synced to the app - you have to switch between watches.

Is that means my historical data in suunto app can be synced to, and viewed from my new paired watch?

No.
Workout data are per watch and not synced back to other watches.
Only “analytics” data are synced back, like TSB, etc… like your “body” data. -
