    Need to set target HR zone again and again

      Re: some "Exercise option" are not remembered

      I am currently doing three runs per week in HR zone 2.
      Each time I have to navigate multiple steps to the right menu to set the target HR zone.

      Why isn’t that remembered/stored for the exercise type. I even created a new exercise based on “Running” because I thought perhaps this only works for my own type of exercise. But no.

        @kontrafiktion if you set up a workout in the app, specify the days, time and zone you won’t have to set up anything. Just select the workout for the day when it appears.

          @Brad_Olwin OP is referring to intensity zones and the need to set it to the one needed every single time, it’s been forever like that on Suunto watches.
          What you gave can be an alternative using structured workout, but, not exactly the reported desired behavior.
