Gráfica fc 12h

Hola… Llevo poco con mi race s y me surge una duda…
Cuando entro en el widget de frecuencia cardiaca el historial de 12h no aparece,solo sale el pulso actual…está activado la frecuencia 24/7 y creo k todo.
Cuando hago una actividad si que en la app y otros apartados veo el gráfico de FC de la actividad…pero el widget de FC siempre sale vacío. Es normal??
Envié el reloj a suunto y le cambiaron el módulo ohr y sigue igual…
