Suunto coach expectation

Hello everyone, I’m a new user os Suunto and I’m so happy with my watch. I own a Suunto Run and today when I updated the app and try to test the Coach feature I noticed that is not compatible with my watch. I would like to know if there is a plan to let Suunto Run users to have this feature or if we’ll need other watch to try this.

@Carlos-Dámaso I would like to know as well for this because I wanted to buy Suunto Run and would like to know what features of the Coach feature is going to be missing in the Suunto Run. Understand that the general Suunto Coach in the app should generally still be available (I tried generating plans without syncing the watch and it create a training plan) so I want to know as well on this.

@Juan-Christoferson well, as I tested, the coach feature allows me to generate plans but I can’t sync the activities with the watch because “the watch is incompatible”. Also the SuuntoPlus Store is not compatible with this watch, so I can’t access new features as “strength trainning” that I aimed to do, or the badges related to the UTMB or other future badges that are related to the SuuntoPlus Store feature. So I suggest you that if you want to get these features buy a high tier watch than the Suunto Run.
I mean, the watch is great but it doesn’t seem fair to have the newest watch and not being able to use the new features of the app. I hope this help you
