Error 1403 and reboot when i charge it

Hi,
I bought the Race S a week ago. It updated, and since then, whenever I charge it, it restarts and restores itself.
Sometimes, when I try to add a Wi-Fi network, it also restarts.
After restoring, it displays error code 1403.
Do you have a solution?
