hi, I want to ask… after updating the watch I don’t have any sleep data or HRV on the watch? is this normal? I also had to completely set the date of birth, weight, height. The maximum and minimum heart rate were wrong… I also had to set that again. I also lost my customized sports modes. so I’m wondering if you have this after the update too

Two questions…

1. Will bike power meters record both sides of of the data, or is it still one-sided?
2. Has the open-water swimming issue been resolved? (Which watch do I take to the sea for a swim on Sunday?)

Also. Multiple sensors. I can’t believe it, after all these years! Absolutely incredible.

@Miroslava I didn’t lose any info on the watch…and yes,recovery on the watch different from the recovery on the app.

the installation of the last update removed the sleep tracking and I had to re-enable it again, then the sleep and HRV data are empty…

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos yes, until now I had recorded my sleep every day. after this update everything disappeared. I had to reset the sleep tracking, do not disturb mode. even my TSS is different on the watch and in the app

Yeah, looks like some watches got their settings reset.
@Miroslava re-enable sleep tracking again and tomorrow it should be fine.

My Race S update went smoothly, all settings retained. New Recovery widget is great.
We’ll see if the recovery value normalizes and matches between watch and app tomorrow.
