Solar charger doesn’t work

Hi all,
The solar charger on my SV no longer works… the widget keeps saying “in hold”…
Does anyone have a solution?

@Frederick-Rochette j’ai eu ça l’année dernière. SAV, moins de 15j, panneau changé. Je ne m’en étais pas vraiment rendu compte, la batterie dure tellement longtemps que je regardais même plus le widget
Cela dit : mon widget met aussi « veille » à cet instant où je le regarde (je suis à l’intérieur), mais j’ai des barres jaunes les heures précédentes quand j’étais à vélo. -

Same issue on mine. Solar stopped working after ~1 year. Tried restarting/restoring entirely, but it did not work. I haven’t yet sent it into service because it sounds like it could be out of commission for 1-2 months. I may still send it in before the warranty period expires.
