Help Map doesn't download !

Hi folks,

I will travel in Norway tuesday and I can’t download any maps on my Vertical with the Suunto app on Android with very good WiFi connection and good magnet position for charging.
It’s the first time I have this issue, the watch icon show connection ok and charge ok but after 3 hours the download doesn’t start. Every maps are in waiting status but nothing happens.
I did soft reset on the watch and clean cache and data on the app with no results.
Each time I click on the download section , the warning pop up appears about charging and connection even if charge and connection are ok.

Have you any ideas?

you can try to clean the app cache, force close it and restart the phone
you can also try to reconnect the watch to the app

I had the same problem some weeks ago

Thank you, but I tried it and two hours later… nothing…
It’s stil on Waiting status…

@Kramble I had a similar problem few days ago. I don’t know if you have enabled wifi from the app or from the watch directly, but in my case map download started after switching wifi off/on from the watch .

I cut off the auto WiFi on the watch, then the app connected the watch to the WiFi but this time I had the possibility to configure the WiFi network (name/pwd) and IT WORKS !!
