Automatic weather update
-
Hello,
With the new update, shouldn’t it automatically update the weather?
It hasn’t synced for 10 hours.
Am I remembering incorrectly?
saat 2.43.12
app iphone 2.47.3

I am not seeing the issue. You have synced the watch to the app recently and also done a GPS fix?

Allow Suunto app for notifications, localize (gps) and all these things. Check if app is updated on phone. Reset both phone and watch (turn off and ON). If nothing help maybe re-pair watch and phone again.
My mom got my old 9 Peak Pro, and got same problem. Iam 99% sure it’s because she’s taking watch off when going sleep. I think watch is in some kind of sleep mode when not used for long time or something. When sync it manually and wear, she said it’s all ok. She doesn’t use weather widget to be honest. You taking off watch for longer time off Your hand too? When I used this watch I never had a problem.
So it’s because:
- taking off watch from hand for longer time
- bug because of any new watch update
- app problem after any new update
or - phone problem
must be one of these I bet.

The possible situation is that I might have to remove it from my arm. I was also in an area of the mountains where cell phone reception was difficult. These could happen.

@safari Where does Suunto get its weather data from? Mine is almost never accurate.

@Sportsfreund
I don’t know, but I have this problem too. The Suunto App must be getting it from a service.I’ve written about it before on the forum.

The weather data is incorrect.

There should also be a wind speed option in km/h.
