Bug or Feature? "Do not Disturb" blocks display settings

If “Widget -> Control Panel -> Do not Disturb” is activated, the following settings under “Settings -> Display” are grayed out:
- Brightness
- Always-on display
- Raise to Wake
I find it a little confusing because the connection is not immediately clear. If you have activated “not disturbing” and later change display options, you will not see why this is not possible.
