Hi Everyone! Suunto Race S here, firmware 2.40.44.
After saving today an indoor cycling training (steady state, seated) I noticed that at the 30 minute mark, the watch stopped recording WHR data. That also reflects into the suunto app.
Any ideas on what could I do? (will probably try to reset it but not sure if it’s a bug or I should be doing something else to get the complete workout data recorded).

      Thanks for your help!

@juansueiro many people here complain of this problem. I had this quite a lot when gravelbiking.

Recently I bought a new strap (silicone as well, but more solid/rigid).

If this problem persists you can try buying a new strap.

2 trips of 16 km on asphalt/concrete/sidewalks in the link below.

Before i had a forerunner 55 which also had quite loose/stretchy silicone, but the watch was much lighter.

@brechtvb thanks for your reply! i got the Race S one week ago (to replace the Vertical titanium that was too big - with that one I never had this problem). Thanks for the tip on the strap, I will try to replace it to see how it goes, usually when I’m indoors I wear it very snug and don’t move that much… but we’ll see.
