Custom Sport Profile Changes Not Saving (Intensity Zones & Intervals)

I’m having an issue with my Suunto Race S and hoping someone can help or confirm if it’s a known bug.
Whenever I make changes to a custom sport profile, specifically:
Adjusting intensity zones
Turning intervals on or off
…the changes don’t save. After syncing or backing out, the profile reverts to its previous settings.
I’ve tried:
Editing through the Suunto app (latest version)
Syncing the watch immediately after changes
Restarting both watch and phone
Nothing seems to stick.
