      Hello!

I´m looking for a way to view intervals with my Race S similar to to the Garmin data field with current lap time and lap distance. Each lap is triggered by the lap button as I´m interested in time for each intervall an the rest time.

A training could look like this

      3x[5x200 (30s rest)] (4min rest)

I created a custom mode for running an set data fields with current lap time, … etc but this doesnt show me the manual lap.

Is there a way to see this on the watch?

      Thanks in advance!
      Arno

@2times4 No, that´s a big bug in the Suunto-Software. You could only use the intervalls-screen which comes per default. There is no possibility to change the fields. Also intervalls don´t count/start/end if you on an other screen like map etc.
So i´m just using the Race S for navigation or endurance runs. For intervalls i use my 8 years old Fenix 3, which is miles ahead for this training scenario.

@2times4 hey. I am doing similar ones. My setup is:
Before starting in “excersize options” I would go to intervals and setup it like:
          Repetitions: 5
          Interval: Distance 500m
          Recovery: Duration 00’30s

After I start and done with warm up/ etc I would go to “Intervals” watch screen and start my intervals.
After I am done with one iteration I reser the intervals from the same screen so it is ready again. I get my rest and do it again.

Not super ideal, but works pretty alright for me.
