Suunto Race S Crashing upon charging

Hi, Recently when I’ve put my new Race S on charge, the watch goes into a loop of rebooting for about 5 mins. When it restarts, it shows Error code 1403, I’ve already contacted support but was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if there’s a way to fix it (roll back firmware to an older vers or something like that). The watch and app are both on the newest versions.
