Can't login on Suunto App (iOS and Android)

Hi, I’m having a problem logging into the Suunto on iOS and Android.

It says:

Connection Failure
Please check your internet connection

I’ve tried to delete the app, restart my phone, install on it Android, and restart my router (internet connection), use mobile data but I still can’t login.

Are you guys having the same problem? Please I need help. Thanks

@lessthanglenn no issues here. Not that that helps you but at least it shows it isn’t across the board.

@lessthanglenn That happened to me too — the other day I couldn’t log in at all, and then a few hours later it worked again.

There was a temporary issue yesterday for the cloud. Was resolved a couple of hours later.

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos I am experiencing the same problem today in South Africa. My son who ran with me this morning with a Suunto 5 is not experiencing any problem. Even if I connect with the data cable my Suunto 9 does not Sync.
