Cannot See Suunto Music Folder

New owner/user here.
I’ve attached the power bank, the headphones are charging.
I’ve tried to plug the headphones into my computer and my Pixel 8a phone using the supplied cable. There is no folder showing from the headphones on either device.
I have connected my phone to my computer using the Suunto supplied cable and it does work.
Any suggestions? thanks so much everyone.

if you have the aquas you have to switch on the headphones once before the folders are created and possibly bind it to your phone and do the update, if they dont I would contact suunto support.
Just be aware that you might have to delete the folders and cycle the headset again after the update as I had to do before everything start working 100% again, as explained in this post: https://forum.suunto.com/post/166296
