[S9 watchface FR]: distinguish of tapping to upper half of screen
-
Currently, there’s following watch face:
where one can tap on screen and see various data “rotated” in a field I’ve marked with yellow color, while upper field marked with red color always shows time of sunset.
Thus, one have to tap through all “yellow field” values in order to see a pair of data, one of which is not sunset time.
Which results in wasting time and, perhaps, battery life.Idea is as follows.
Since S9 is able to distinguish where user taps on watch screen (otherwise it would be impossible to choose directly menu options by directly tapping on them), is it possible to distinguish (on main watch face) whether user has tapped on upper or lower part of screen, and hence, “rotate” data through either in red field or in yellow field? -
I agree.
The outer ring sunset/rise indication is accurate enough for me so I would really see two different data fields in the watch face. Also not all watch faces have the same amount of selectable data fields. I also would like to select a barometer indicator like I had on the Ambit 3 Peak.

@surfboomerang I have asked for the barometric trends as well, I liked them on the Ambit.

I hoped there’s some FW being under testing which could give us some hope…
