S9 manual lap issues

Dear all,
I have been a fairly satisfied user of the Suunto 9 for years. Until a few months ago, my lap times while running were suddenly no longer displayed. I’m talking about manually lap times. I haven’t had any problems with the automatic lap times yet. For the sake of clarity, I have 2 different sport modes (1 with automatic lap times (every km) and 1 with manual lap times only). The problem occurs in the sport mode with only manual lap times. sometimes the manual lap times work perfectly and I can see all the information both during and after my training. Unfortunately, it is sometimes (but nowadays quiet often) the case that I do not see my lap times at all (even though I push them) both during and after training. I always see 00:00.00 on my watch when I push/take a manual lap. In the Suunto app afterwards (and also on the watch itself), random times are displayed that have no logic or connection. Additionally when I do have the issue, the lap times within 1 training are always the same afterwards (can be seen on both the watch and in the app). But as I already said: they are random and without logic. Besides the manual lap times I don’t have any issues with the sport modus (correct gps, speed is shown, total time is correct and shown,…)
I have already tried a few things to solve the problem, but unfortunately without success. The watch software is up to date and I have already adjusted and reset the sports mode.
Is there anyone who has had such a problem before? Or can anyone give me additional tips to solve this problem?

An example of an interval training summary in the Suunto app and the explained problem. Total training was 16k. And I did 4x7min and 1x 4min interval training.
