Accent color red is actually orange?
-
@Egika now I see that you own Race S. Your watch has gorilla glass instead of sapphire. So maybe someone with regular Race could check this…
-
@Prenj the color cannot really change between the different screens. If a pixel is told to be red, it is glowing red. Regardless of protective glass.
If you see a difference in color between setting and watch face, have you tried, selecting
a) a totally different color (green, actual orange)?
b) a different watch face with red color? -
I’ll ask for this
-
@Egika
Yes. I tried different watch faces. It’s always the same. Orange is just a different tone of orange, just slightly different from the orange you get when selecting red.@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos thank you, I even recorded the video. See how the red is listed in the list of colors, but as soon as I select it, after the message “done” it’s no longer the same color.

@Prenj Thanks for highlighting!
I like the strong intense red in preview of the color selection, but also get only a faded brick red on watchface when selected.
For me it looks like an issue in assigned color codes.Thanks Dimitrios for forwarding!

@Reiner probably fixed on next update already
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Thanks. It’s a minor bug, but I really missed the real red color on the watch face.
-
This seems to be fixed in Software update 2.39.22.
Thanks!

@Prenj yess. Red is super red now
-
@Egika True LOL.
-
@Egika I hope there is still orange for KTM fanboys like me
