I have had my superb Suunto Vertica Titanium Solar for some time now. In my opinion, it is a magnificent piece of engineering that accommodates my hikes, walks, gym sessions, and cycling very well in terms of distance, pace, etc.
However, I have not seen any HRV or VO2 Max data results from my accumulated activities since February of this year (2024)
That said, on my Garmin watch, which I have now reverted to, I have both these measurements without any intervention on my part, both of which seem to be accurate.
I have fulfilled all the Suunto criteria for measuring sleep, heart rate, etc., but I still haven’t received any results.
To help with any adicememebers are prepared to give, I should say that I do have an irregular heartbeat and I am seventy-five years old.
For the time that is left to me, I would like to use my watch on a daily basis to see how I am doing and make any necessary adjustments to my health and well-being.
Any advice would be most welcome.
      Thank you all in advance.
