I have a new ocean and i have been trying to download maps for it. I put it next to the router on charge and my phone (iphone16) unlocked next to it, it starts downloading and after a few minutes i check and it’s disconnected
I left it on charge and downloading for 9 hours last night and not one map downloaded
I have checked my phone settings and the suunto app has all permissions and background app refresh active
      Any ideas?

Try this. Unpair phone/watch, check in watch that no mobileapp is already paired, and try to pair directly in app.

@paulcarpenter99 are you sure your charger is connected the whole time? Vertical’s magnetic charger is notoriously unreliable. If a mouse farts next door the charging cable may move ever so slightly and quit charging. And it really needs to be constantly connected for the maps to download.
