WhatsApp notifications not appearing.

I don’t seem to be getting WhatsApp notifications on my watch. Everything is turned on but they don’t appear.
Does anyone else have this issue?

1. update suunto app
2. update your watch
3. restart the watch
4. go to widget screen in the app, enable notification widget
5. go to notification screen in the app, enable the notification
6. check if the notifications are allowed to Suunto in the phone
7. sync the watch

Thank you.
I have followed those steps but still, no WhatsApp notifications.
I do get all other notifications, including WA Business (I have the two apps, WA and WA Biz on my phone).
Happy for any suggestions.
