Sport mode customization not available

Hello,
the “Sport mode customization” field is not displayed in my Android app.
The watch and the app are up to date.
The connection between the watch and the app is established.
I have already reset the watch to factory settings and reinstalled the app on the Android phone.
Without success.Can someone please help me?

Try the usual? Unpair the watch? Clear app cache? etc etc
