My sleep was not recorded for 3 days. What could be the reason for this? I did not change any settings on the watch. Today my sleep was recorded again

@alex-erhard if the battery is blow a certain percentage, the watch will go into energy saving mode and disable 24/7 OHR which is part of the sleep tracking.
You can also enable/disable this mode manually

I found that mine didn’t record for 1 night because it was charging for a while / off my wrist for a while, and since the OHR and the sensor lights weren’t on.

I turned off and turned back on and it fixed it
