Suddenly No Maps in Background

Morning,
I was only swimming today and now we are Walking with Family. The watch didnt Show the Barometer in the recording walk so i Stop the Activity. From now the map overlay is completely away. Did 3 soft Reset. No Maps in watch. What now? I didnt want make a hard reset. What the hell

You tried throwing it back on the charger to see if it prompts a download? Do the maps still show as being downloaded in the app?
