Got my replacement. Too bad I didn’t try charging it since it was charged to 98% so I started running. Today before long run in the morning I put it in the power bank to charge and the leds were on-cool I said it’s charging. After 2-3h the leds were still on so i said ok I’ll run my 3h run and see the level afterward. It turns out the replacement is not charging at all so I cannot turn them on anymore and only the leds are on

That’s pretty crap luck! I got my replacements back and so far they’re working like a charm. When it works, the power bank is a serious game changer compared to aftershokz or other competitor options

@stromdiddily yes I have terrible luck with both Wings and Vertical. Race and Ocean are great though (except of some minor SW related glitches). Will contact support again.
UPDATE: I hate how incompetent the ppl from support are. Me: My wing are not turning on and do not work. They: I will personally handle this, bla, bla.

Me: My problem was not resolved so what else will you help me with if you didn’t with the initial problem? -

Bad luck indeed…my wings are working awesomely well since beginning and I really love them for training.
About support chat, I used it last summer before sending my SV for repair. It took a while to have someone available on chat, but when he was ON, everything went well. -
@Tieutieu I got someone to talk quite fast but all I got as a response: we escalated your ticked and wait for feedback from the responsible team. What have they escalated and why I do not know. I told them that the replacement cannot turn on anymore, and resetting with the multifunctional button does not work. So here I am now waiting 5 days to be contacted by mail… What will this mail say except: return the headphones is beyond me
