Suunto HR belt problems

Hi all. I’ve been using Suunto products for around 10 years now but my first time posting here.
I recently updated to a Vertical solar which I have been using with a the Suunto smart belt.
One day recently during and exercise I noticed the HR value dropping out, sometime for a minute or so. I’ve never had this happen prior to this.
I’ve attached the resulting chart.
I’ve been in contact with Support and they just give me some trouble shooting and said it’s working fine.
Can nyone else share some light here? -
@C5032005 I also experienced these dropouts, but I noticed that my iPhone was taking over the connection from the belt, which caused it to disconnect from the watch. At the end of the workout, the data is synced back to the watch via the belt’s memory, but it’s annoying during the exercise. I have since removed the Suunto belt from the app and my phone, which solved the issue, as the belt is now only connected to the watch.

@C5032005 I will mirror what @iterumtenta said and I have seen similar when the Suunto HR belt is connected to my phone. It is almost like a scavenged resource where the phone and Vertical compete for the signal.
If I “forget device” of the belt from my phone I get very clean results to my watch.
