Suunto Vertical Software 2.37.48 Error 1403 Loop

Since yesterday, my SV watch has been in a loop and ends with Error 1403. After that, it runs for about 1-5 hours and then restarts again.
Unfortunately, resetting the settings did not bring any improvement. On the contrary, as soon as it synchronizes with the app, the touchscreen stops working. Fortunately, navigation is still possible using the physical buttons.
I performed a “Reset Settings” on the watch and also reset the app. Unfortunately, there’s no change; it still loops with Error 1403.
Does anyone have an idea or a hint for a solution?
