why Heart Rate Belt not with L Belt?

why is suunto selling a Heart Rate Belt only with a Medium Belt an no option to sell the transmitter with a Large belt?

Maybe because they have decided it according to market and default size for almost everyone is M.
If not, they probably would need inventory for something they might not sold.
Just guessing.
