Suunto Ocean Sleep/Nap Sync Issue

Hi, I’ve only had my Ocean for over a month, but I’ve started having sync issues with naps for the last 2 weeks.
I can’t get naps to sync unless I do the whole delete/reinstall app/re-link bluetooth… the whole shebang…
Also if I don’t do this on the same day I take a nap, the nap data won’t sync to the app no matter what I do once there is future sleep data recorded on the watch.
Side note: I had a set of sleep data that synced, and then disappeared from the app the following day after I deleted and reinstalled the app and I could not get it to sync again no matter what (the data exists on the watch).
The Suunto support team hasn’t been very helpful in giving me any answers yet…
Anyone else facing this issue?
