Watch faces not syncing
-
@murphyp228
Logout/in the app?
Uninstall/reinstall the app? -
@Mff73 have tried every possible scenario - still not syncing
-
@murphyp228 For me, only a hard reset of the watch helped. It was a pain to set everything up again, but now the synchronization of watch faces and especially SuuntoPlus Guides (structured workouts), which also did not work after the update. Now is all working OK.
-
I also tried
all resets
Deinstalling
Reinstalling
Without success -
@Mff73 @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos may I check has this issue been logged with Suunto ?

Not nice but works at least -

I have filed a bug report with Suunto about this. I am having the same issue.

Uninstalling does work for the watchfaces but unfortunately the whole data from August and September habe vanished
So you seem to make a de Vision, seither New watchfaces or keeping data alive
You cant unfuck what Haß been fucked -
@manno02
uninstall/reinstall doesn’t erase any data
they’ll be synched again, but server congestion may slow the process down -
@sartoric I giess you are right. Over night everyrhing is back so it just took Some time

After the latest SW update I have no access to additional watch faces on the Vertical watch. They are all registered in the Suunto App, but even after repeated syncronisation, no additional watch faces appear on the watch. It must be due to a bug in the 2.37 update. Anybody here that can help?
-
@TomTiger Make sure your app is updated. Kill and restart the app and then synchronize. The go to the Suunto+ watch face list and select the ones you want. Sync.

@TomTiger I had this problem as well. Have reported as a bug. I was able to fix this with a factory reset. A PIA but working normally now.
