Maybe you can add training on a stair machine in a gym with the option of measuring the number of stairs we climbed

I would like to have Yoga and Pilates separated.
Is Pilates not already strength training with body weight? -
@lessthanmore Pilates includes work on a reformer, a (torturous) machine with springs &c to increase the load.

@Todd-Danielczyk 170bpm for 2 hours? That sounds like me running a half marathon… Gosh, I’m as fit as an F1 driver!
