HRV. and VO 2 Max

@Todd-Danielczyk
Thank you for replying. I will follow your advice and see what develops.
Logging all my hikes, walks, and workouts and then finding that the software renderers no metrics is frustrating. -
@Retired-Assistant That doesn’t sound good. VO2 Max is sometimes hard to get but the HRV should be there. I don’t have any help to give more than maybe reaching out to Suunto could be a good idea.
-
@Retired-Assistant
you mean HRV during sleep tracking, right ?
Where else is there HRV measurement that seems to have ceased for you in Janurary ? -
@Mff73
In fact I have never had any HRV measurements since I had the watch despite employing all the firmware updates and updating the app on a regular basis.
Everything else works fine.
The only problem seems to be with these two components. -
@Retired-Assistant what is your normal HR at night? Did you enable 24 hours HR and sleep tracking? Have you enabled HRV tracking during sleep?
-
@isazi
Thank you for getting back to me.
My normal resting heart rate at night is between 58 and 62bpm.
All the other elements you mentioned are enabled. -
@Retired-Assistant I thought it may be that you have an extremely low HR at night, but no, so I am not sure why it does not work for you

@isazi said in HRV. and VO 2 Max:

Hey @isazi do you know if suunto planned a HRV measurement in daytime? Like a 2minutes test wich we can start at any time? To track the stress at the Moment?
-
@GiPFELKiND I do not think so
-
@isazi
Thank you for getting back to me.
I have loaded the new firmware and see where that takes me.
Strange, but I have never had this problem with Apple or Garmin.
Because I like the watch so much, I am going to continue to try to make it work.
Thank you once again. -
@Retired-Assistant I believe you should contact support, VO2max may be because of your use, but HRV should work
