Wildbery Ocean
-
You didn’t ask for it but I searched to see how wildberry band would go on a Sand Ocean and here is the result. I do believe though that black would be better, but I like my watches white at this point of my life

@EzioAuditore my first Suunto, the 9 Baro, was white. I didn’t want it white, but it was cheaper, and cheaper used to beat color for me in the past. I liked it, and at the same time I found it too stand out a bit too much. So changed the straps from white to black and other colors, the watch felt different, but white does not mix as well as good with colors. Since then, I bought an all black 9 Peak, and then a titanium Vertical. The Vertical in its grayish color mixes better with different straps I think, but when I look at pictures of the white 9B on past adventures, it looks kinda cool.

@isazi Indeed. It stands out more but I like it especially during summer months and casual wear. My Vertical is Titanium and matches perfectly with all the colors I have, but the more I look at the Ocean the more I like it. I of course changed the metallic dark part with the sand (light) one. Next color band: Aqua blue

Celebrating my return to Suunto with an Ocean, paired with a goofy strap originally made for the 5 Peak now heavily discounted!
I have OCD over this too but the strap hardware matches perfectly with the silver case of my Steel Black version, which is only supplied with the black buckle dive strap designed for the All Black
As many of you have said, it is truly a beauty. I have no experience with any of the recent AMOLED devices, but it is remarkable too the smoothness and stability of the software. Maybe stricter testing pays off?

@Jonathan-C welcome back! I’m celebrating my return to diving with an Ocean, I like the confetti strap.
