Battery never charge to 100%

I have a SV Solar for almost 1 year.
All the times I charge it to full, I was never able to charge it to 100%. It stays on 99% forever.
Maybe not a big deal but, can’t think on a reason why not charge to full.
Of course I already soft reboot the device a few times, and also did a few full cycles (99% to 0% to 99%), and is the same. Last time was today.
This is not related to any firmware update, it has been this since day one.
Any idea?P.S. - The charger cable is, by far, the worst SV feature. What a fail. How’s this possible!
I need to charge it at my desk, totally flat, otherwise, at minimum movement, it stops charging. Even pressing a button to turn on the screen to confirm the charge level disrupt the charging. This means trying to charge it during a race would be totally impossible.
Yeah, I know that is battery is amazing and you don’t need to charge it but I’m sure there are non-stop races taking, easily, more than 70 or 80 hours (200miles+).
