@Michael-Pofm mine keeps doing this also. A phone restart restore the controls. Then a few hours later it doesn’t work

@Michael-Pofm I have the same with my Samsung Flip 5 (Android 14 One UI 6.1). It will show what is playing but I am unable to do any of the controls (next, back, volume up/down or pause).
Not sure if it is specific to Samsung or all Android phones but you are not alone.

@Todd-Danielczyk I have the same problem with my OnePlus 5 under Android 10. Sometimes control previous and next work but play/pause never work. I have tried several solutions but none of them work in the long term : turn off Bluetooth and on again, delete the watch, uninstall Suunto App… Still the same problem.
And this is the case on my 2 Suunto : 9PP and Vertical.
The only effective solution I found is to order the tracks with the headphones.
