No connection watch and app

I think I got a software update last night and had to add my profile on the watch and it ends with connecting my watch with the app. I see my serial number and the app on my phone tries to connect but no results. On the watch I cannot get back to the. normal home page.

@Olaf-D what you describe is a watch reset to factory state, it should not happen after a normal firmware update. Forget your watch in the app, maybe reboot your phone, and it should work.
