I’ve made 2 hard reset during the last year in the Vertical. the last one takes me over than 6 houres to restablish all the parameters and configurations. I would ask to suunto that all the configurations and profiles, and sportmodes would be saved in the app. And after a Hard reset all the information should be transfered to the watch automatically.
