Always-on display

Hi, I just got my new Suunto Ocean (love it!). It was immedately updated with the new firmware, but for some reason, I cannot set the display to ‘Always-on’. Also the ‘Raiso to wake’ option does not seem to work.
Any ideas?

@arnoutl what happens if you set always on? It is there in the display options.

@isazi Hi Isazi, the raise-to-wake function did not do anything and the option for always-on was unavailable (greyed-out). But I just soft reset the Ocean and everything works now

Hello everybody. New Ocean owner I have the same problem with always on display. Soft reset is working, but the problem come back again and again. Toggle is grey and can’t be move. Anyone have the same problem ? Any idea to solve ?

Since I had same problem, which drove me crazy, I found a solution and a possible problem that caused this, will share my thoughts, maybe it will help somebody:
AOD is disabled, when watch is in Do Not Disturb mode. There are two ways to trigger it: using manual switch in widgets (swipe up -> control panel -> DND) or using Settings -> Sleep -> Auto DND.
Switching on using settings Auto DND by time turns on DND and DOES NOT TURN IT OFF, when you toggle Auto DND off. You need to manually disable DND using widgets -> control panel -> DND.
Hope this helps somebody, till it is fixed.
