Suunto 9 HR down

My Suunto 9 stopped tracking my heart rate. The LEDs no longer light up. I have tried turning the monitoring off and on again and it does not work.
I reset the watch and after the reset it works only once and then it stops.

Do you know what I can do, if it depends on the latest firmware?

@daniele-celauro the Suunto 9 does not have continuous HR tracking, the lights only turn on every ~10 minutes for a minute or so. Are you sure it isn’t that?
