Why are there gaps in my activity log? I use Vertical every day, every day I see my steps and sleep, but still there are these big gaps in the log. Is it because of not syncing often enough or what? I thought there would be enough memory for a few weeks worth of step&sleep data.

Last week ok, then almost a two week gap, then week ok and then another longer gap.

@tmuzar It may not be syncing often enough. I assume you have HR on 24/7 tracking? If the watch does not sync at least once per day you may lose HR information. I do not know what the limits are? Exercise logs and activity logs may not use the same memory.

Yes, I use 24/7 HR monitoring. Maybe the answer is just to sync more frequently. Thanks.

@tmuzar I often switch between watches for testing. If I don’t sync from one of the watches I am using that day for activity tracking I will lose it. I am on iOS and have noticed that I often have to open the app to make sure a sync happens for activity. This may be due to how iOS handles apps in the background, not sure.
